```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our team. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems. If you have a strong background in help desk support, technical problem-solving, and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you.
```Duties```
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance
- Assist with network administration tasks, including LAN setup and maintenance
- Conduct system audits and perform regular maintenance tasks
- Document technical procedures and create user guides
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Remedy or Jira
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
